How the syndicate works
The general partner finds companies, runs diligence and negotiates terms. You read the memo for each deal and decide whether to invest and how much. Every deal has its own SPV, so you never commit money to a blind pool.
Our investors are operators and angels who judge teams and products. Many help portfolio companies with hiring, customers and the next round.
Who can join
The syndicate is for experienced investors who can afford to lose everything they put into a deal. Who counts as a professional or sophisticated investor depends on your country, and we check that before we share any deal information.
Risks
Startup shares are illiquid: you may wait many years for an exit, or never get one. Most early-stage companies fail, and you can lose the full amount you invest. Later rounds dilute your stake. Secondary stakes carry the same risks, and you may have less information than the investors in the last round.

What is the minimum investment?
€5k per deal. You choose deal by deal, with no commitment to invest in any of them.
What kind of deals will I see?
Pre-seed and seed rounds in B2B SaaS, vertical software, B2B fintech and applied AI, and stakes we buy from founders, employees and early investors in European tech companies.
How do I invest in a deal?
Through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) set up for that deal. The SPV holds the shares, so the company has one line on its cap table and you hold your share of the SPV.
What does it cost?
Each deal's documents set out the fees and carried interest before you commit. You pay nothing to apply.
Can I see current deals on this site?
No. We never publish deals. Approved members receive deal information directly, in line with the rules of their country.
